Emotions are the most powerful weapon to express and reveal our true nature.

As we need RO to purify water and filter out impurities similarly we need to filter out emotions we don’t need. For making yourself emotionally strong many things have to be managed and some unimportant things have to be removed permanently from your life.

Some pointers to work on your emotions are:

1. Identify the trigger which causes emotional imbalance as finding the root cause and observing your reaction over it can help you to control or manage your anger issues.

2. In most cases unnecessary reactions are avoidable don’t exaggerate things try self actualization for avoiding and practice meditation.

3. Sometimes envy creates problems, however jealousy is a normal emotion but this becomes horrible when a healthy emotion is being converted into unhealthy it can destroy things so try to be in a zone of healthy competition.

4. Try to appreciate others and stop making comparison learning the art of ignoring is the best way to manage emotions.

5. Sometimes losing your loved ones makes you feel lost as it is a natural feeling but accepting reality is what you can do and of course time is the best healer, you can divert your focus on some other things and emerge from emotional suffering.

6. Don’t let your fears capture you start your day with prayers and courage.

So these are some basic points to manage your emotions to make yourself emotionally strong.
