Training programs at workplace

An employee will be a skilled worker when he has special skill, training, knowledge and (usually acquired) ability in his work.

People often don’t realise the value of training programs in company, but apart from points we discussed earlier it also enhances the overall personality and efficiency of the employees

Countries like Japan have invested in Human Training Programs. Training has made this country rich and developed by providing high technology and efficiency.

In India there are still many companies who are not aware of doing human training programs, these programmes are beneficial for both the employees and employer.
