You must develop a separate desk R&D lab, where you can sit in your most productive hours, where you are free from distractions, think on the business model you have taken up for your startup, analyse the need of that particular segment, analyse the delivery your business model delivers and come up with the most suitable strategy and model as per the need of the segment.
