Leadership is practiced by many in the corporate world but not by all.
In this competitive corporate world, true leadership has emerged as the biggest trait which can help organizations to derive into the blue ocean from the red. So, the demand for this trait is rising but is it really possible to develop true leadership?
This is not because true leadership is tough to develop but what it requires is tough to practice.
