Sometimes we have everything that one should have to become a good leader and successful in business, but we always have some fears which don’t allow us to move forward and conquer the world. These are some taboos which are created by ourselves which are hurdles in our growth.
Let’s discuss some:
- Our past mistakes sometimes are biggest cobblestone, we should always learn from our past mistakes rather than making it more complex and repeating the same, we should work on it and look forward in positive manner.
- Always focus on others needs don’t play with their emotions. In business the most important thing is ethics, selling products while baffling doesn’t go long way it’s just a taboo which your are creating for yourself.
- Don’t take easy on your competitors, it’s obvious you always have the competition in the market look into their strength and work according to that.
- Gender taboo is the main restriction in today’s world, people often see that women can’t work like men but this is absolutely wrong actually women’s are hard workers unfortunately some women see it as taboo and stop working on themselves and thus it stops them in being successful.
- Poltics in office also creates one’s own mind rigid and that too becomes taboo in being successful.
