Goa can be next big hub for international tourism

“Goa beaches” are very popular amongst tourists from India as well as other countries. Since ages, they acted as best party places for youngsters. But now, the city is moving a way ahead.

We know that travel and tourism was highly affected during COVID-19 pandemic. So, the cities that were highly dependent on them financially were hit hard such as hill-stations and beaches. More so, this Russia-Ukraine war affected all open trade countries badly.

In order to further strengthen their economies, States like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka are widely advertising, publishing and promoting their tourism destinations.

In this sequence, Goa has been aggressively participating in various international tourism events. Recently, it participated in WTM (World Travel Mart) London as well. It is promoting itself as a “beyond beaches” State meaning thereby that now tourists can check upon its historical buildings, adventure parks and so on. The State is tapping the emerging markets such as South Asia, US, UAE and Germany.

How this can benefit your business?

If your business belongs to travel and tourism industry or if you planning to start one in this sector, then you must tap the potential of this State. High footfall of tourists is expected in the State in next few years. So may be a physical or online presence of your business in the State can make you earn good money.

Of course, when a State develops, the country develops and when the country develops, its business and employment would automatically get boost.
