Unhappy leave concept

Many of us will get confused by listening to ‘unhappy leave’ but this is true and this initiative is taken by a company in china they are providing ten days ‘unhappy leave’ to their employees so as to promote a balanced work life.

As reported by South China morning post, the founder and chairman of Pang Dong Lai, Yu Donglai, announced that employees can request an additional 10 days of leave, acknowledging that “everyone has times when they’re not happy, so if you’re not happy, do not come to work.” Yu also stated, “This leave cannot be denied by management. Denial is a violation.”

According to surveys more than 50% of employees face the problem of anxiety and work load in their respective firms and they really need a good time to spend on themselves and obviously they feel relaxed and as a result work-life balance will be there.

Therefore this concept of unhappy leave is supported by many people all over the world as according to them as they believe if employees have healthy and relaxed life, so that the company will too.
